"if you look at the cue ball you see marks on it so chances are its a trick shot compition. he does his trick and the other guy has to do the same trick." wrong!! Spotted balls r used in pool so the crowd can see the spins.

Ye i do that all the time!! 2 much power and it bounces of the rubber and back up the hole. lovely when it happens!! >:-I
