flew with united from san francisco to europe and had my gibson with me. i refused to give them my guitar and told'em that i'm gonna protect it with my life, no questions asked and my guitar was well protected in the overhead bin..and is still in a good shape :-)

It is so frustrating when large companies treat you like nothing. I'm so glad they made this video to put them in their place!

I hope the CEO of United gets a daily dose of this video all summer long--will that replace the guitar?
