or are you talking about the bridge in the video, thats in france i think its like BREST or someplace like that.

that video is of the french unicycle team KOXX-ONE they have more videos on thier web site ww.koxx-one.com and the video of a guy riding on a bridge hand rail is probably Kris Holm although many people do that Kris is a proffesional so hes in some videos.
