i have got some air from a normal tube by hitting the boats wake and it hurts so much when you hit the wated if you're going fast. I wouldnt be surprised if that guy was badly hurt. Good fun though, worth the pain

Its called a Kite Tube. They're meant to do that, but your not supposed to fall off.
