OK, there is no excuse for this! They even had a guard rail that came down to let you know a train was coming! What was he thinking?

OK, this guy is not stupid. The rail wasnt down, he went, rail comes down, he TRIED TO BACK UP but the rail stopped him and he tried to get out of the way before the train came but it didnt work out to well.
