OK, this guy is not stupid. The rail wasnt down, he went, rail comes down, he TRIED TO BACK UP but the rail stopped him and he tried to get out of the way before the train came but it didnt work out to well.

oh man!!wow..not a very smart thing to do, luckily he went a bit earlier or it would've been the the driver seat that got hit!
