Toothpick City - Tooth Pick Art
A folk artist made a city out of tooth picks. He has been working with tooth picks since he was just a kid. He did a great job on some landmarks from San Francisco.

That's talent, I mean ping pong balls and everything. That is talent. Good job man. But when he stands before God and God asks him what he did with his life for Him, this guy is gonna say " uhh, I built stuff out of toothpicks "
THATS AWESOME GOTTA APPRECIATE FOLK ART
And if he sells it he has to give that up, I don't think he can do that. It's true what you said about technology but this is not technology, this is art. (ran out of space on the previous comment)
Hey I did type 4 0's.. Your first comment also said 400 but I'm sure you also typed 4 of them, your new comment has 3 of them, so clearly the comments won't let us use mor ethen 2 0's in a row. Anyway, you do have a point there, in a museum much more people can see it. But I think he is still expanding it, he has worked on it for 34 years now but I think he is never gonna stop working on it.
SandScorpion--
1st They said $40,00 not $400
2nd He said he wanted to show people what they could create. What better way than inside Ripley's Believe it or not!! Dude has a gift, but if he doesn't share it than it is worthless.
3rd You are right. I don't know how it would feel to sell it, but all the technology around you is because someone sold their life's work to someone else.
The balls go all the way to the bottom!
Way to look like a psycho.
Gotta disagree w/ U on 2 things 'Nuff Said'..don't bad mouth porn and wife beating 'b*tch has to learn'..lol..I agree w/ U on the others..drinking too much is dumb like watching too much TV, like all the dumb asses that have cable..why pay for something that is free? It's like paying for bottled water..watch 'FLOW'..U'll know what I mean.
Err me55, if you had something that took you 34 years (if you want to know how long that is compare it to your age) to build, you wouldn't sell it for $400 either
Great piece of art.
I got a little uneasy when the TV interviewer stood up next to the City, he was a little wobbly.
So FAKE!
At first I was like "this dude is dumb." But when I heard he turned down $400. I mean get real! That's Dumb!!
Man I remember doing toothpick stuff when we were kids in school, but nothing on this scale!
you have probably wasted more time on TV on the internet than this guy has on his toothpick art. At least he has something of value to show for his time.
no not too much time. the video simply shows that every man is as potentialy creative as those big inventors in history. All he does is simply stop watching less porn and lying on the sofa watching TV, and use the time to build this. Most men would rather beat their wives and smash beer bottles with their heads, than do something constructive, lol.
Nice..too much time on his hands. (17 Comments) |
