I have seen this before it is from the tv show "Girls Behaving Badly" it's super fun but they do go back and tell them that they have been pranked.

A couple of those girls looked a little gross though. The one in the teal shirt looked like her pants were falling down. It may have been sexy if it weren't so blatant. I know it's just a joke, but it could have been better orchestrated.
