This guy probably didn't listen very well in grade school which is why he never made it to highschool, probably has a 3 kids with three diffrent women and pays zero dollars for thier support, he was out that night cause he got fired again, and he was celebrating just getting out of huber jail, for the fifth time. Well I work in Law Enforcement (Corrections Side). Legally speaking the Officer was within his right because the suspect became hostile and refused to comply. If Officers called for backup every time they had a DUI/DWI who would be availble to answer more serious calls like possible 187? Also the part that must've really hurt was later at medical when they had to remove the prongs that the taser shoots into you. I'll tell ya, you've never seen a AB baddy cry like when the nurse has to pull it.

Cop was within his perimeters to use that tazer..however, too much bs..should have called for backup before he ever took him out of the vehicle.

wth is wrong with the police officer.you're not supposed to do that unless it's a live or death situation.he should get fired.

the driver was a dumb a, but if you listen towards the end, the officer is telling him to get down on the ground. The perp is already on the ground when he says it. Too Funny. Moral of the story: If you're dead drunk you can take a taser and keep on ticking..
