I think it looks like a reflection of the hood of the cop car then a light. Pretty sure Deebo is right about cop just getting into his car. I <3 stupid drivers, and stupid criminals.

that was either his flashlight or his partner had a light on the passenger side.

You can see that as the suv left, the cop hit his teardrop beam from the reflection on the suv,s driver side, he probably wanted to count heads before he called dispatch for backup!

looked like the cop was out of his car..right b4 the cop car takes off you'll notice the car move like if some1 jumped in..thats probably y it seems like he took his sweet ass time
