I think this Midget is from the Philippines. He must be Weng-Weng, a popular showbiz personality during late 70s and perhaps early 80s.

Weng Weng is French. I'd think you could have told that from the web site. But maybe not everyone can recognize French when they see it?

I stand corrected. The movies are French and the site is in French but it says in one of the blurbs that he is from the Philippines.

Yes, it's wengweng from the philippines and is a dwarf not a midget. He was a novelty for awhile but died shortly for he also has progeria the rare and fatal genetic condition that causes accelerated aging.
