Fake? Yes--stove is all beat up before they start. They practiced this a few times. The look on the guy's face shows he is holding back laughing. The camera captures everything but the money shot.

A stove Is the easiest and lightest appliance to move. Why didn't they just take It down the stairs? It probably took more effort to hump It over the rail!!
