What the f**k.. Discovery channel already ran this shit last year and they did blood serum tests that showed testosterone was HIGHER after sex and that athletes could bench more, squat more, and run faster the next morning. Stupid SpikeTV..

I concur..I thought sex before a workout would make me get tired quicker, but I didn't even get sore after a workout. I think it actually helped.
