Good video, thanks! Kitten23's right, it does look wierd, but it's just what you'd expect - the blue flame is the initial flash of methane burning in a plentiful air supply (like natural gas on a stovetop). The small first followed by large second explosion is also frequently seen in gas and dust explosions - the first explosion mixes the remaining fuel with more air, making a bigger 2nd bang.

That must have stunk bad ..

there is something unnatural about the explosion(i know obviously*hulnh*) but notice the blue flashes of light in the video, they're unearthly. and what goes across the camera in before the second explosion. also, the first explosion what be because of too much pressure, but the second explosion is strange because there soulnd't as much pressure still in the sewer to cause a second, LARGER, explosion. But who in the hell puts a sewer hole in the middle of a high way!! stupid shits, and i feel really bad for the guy caught in the second explosion. he almost makes it back to his car, but the water is slightly faster.
