the art of fighting is to do the unexpected. anyone can street fight. even monkeys. these moves do work. there is always the chance of something not working.what you have to watch for is the person that also has there speical moves.i have taken knives from peoples hands. training yourself always improves your skills.

If they worked cops would use them, but nothing goes as planned in real life.

Great moves.. for in a movie. In almost all those "gun" moves, the bad guy has well over a second to pull the trigger. More than enough time to put a hole in your body. There's only one reliable defense against firearms: don't stand in the direction it's pointing..

This was more like choreography than self defense. I am sure they do great on the dance floor, but they get the s hit f ucked out of them anywhere else they go. These guys spend too much time with each others arms between their legs.
