another good reason to "cool it" with the drinking and driving. needless to say, both the driver and the victom were extremely lucky. the driver with no manslaughter charges and the other guy with his life. the driver must have thought that he was driving a tank as he tried to move the car. to call him an idiot would be an insult to idiotism!

Hi Folks, I have the opinion that one should extract such humans the driving licence on life time. In Austria becomes drive under influence from alcohol with acceptance of the driver licence for 3 months up to a year and a sensitive money punishes from 500 US Dollar (EURO 420) up to 5000 US Dollar (EURO 4000) punished. There may not be so stupid people.
