how do they do that? i mean anyway u cant get a quater inside a soda unless they start with it in the company..Wow the whole soda got wasted

and umm for dehydrocloride ur wrong by the way i do this effect all the time i walk up to people on the street buy a pop from the vending machine then use their quarter have them put any marking then do it there is bno setup its all sleght of hand

This is truly a fantastic effect. I've done this one for a few of my friends and get a great reaction. I can tell you all that your theories are not correct. This effect does not require you to use 2 coins or adhesive tape. This is done with one single coin, any can, anywhere, with no preparation at all.

that would be a good theory if it wasn't for the fact that the quarter is larger than the can's opening..

ok heres how its done!!: you get 2 quarters, put the initials of the friend you are going to ask on one and leave the other for later. Keep the first quarter in your pocket or whatever and ask for the guy's initials to write on quarter #2. With adhiesive tape in the palm of your right hand, mack the bottom of the can and then pocket (secretly) the second quarter. Shake the can to get it to fizz (tap can with ring to make quarter noise, than put the coin in the can with the fizz hideing it. np!

I have theory on this one! Perhaps he was shaking the can so it would fizz out to discuise him putting the quarter in the top when the can was opened?? Great party trick tho!!
