I believe, though not sure, that this occured during an event where the purpose is do the best wheelie. He was running by himself as is the case in most of those types of events. They often take off the wheelie bars just to get up in the air more. Have seen many scrap their bumpers and only a few like this one have flipped over.

The driver needs to take lessons from the Vespa wheelie shown a couple of days ago.
