i can't really tell, but i know a lot of these buugs are fitted with Porsche engines because the rear engine layout is similar in both. have used to work on porsche race cars, i know how fast you can make these things, and it doen't surpirse me that it whooped a mustang. --wilen

Ok yeah the stang got owned but it looked like a daily driver and the VW was a dedicated track car. I could make a dedicated pinto smoke a viper, doesnt mean it's cool or that most ppl would give a rats a ss.

i know about bugs thats a non super charged one its still got a flat 4 air cooled motor trust me on that
