I hope he was made to answer for his crime. A crime it was this guy was just ridiing his bike a guy with family and this cop tried to kill him as far as i can see.

This was not in America. Still looks like it could have been handled differently.

The cyclists were driving perfectly fine, albeit a bit fast. In the video, you can see that it is a devided highway..each side being 3 lanes. They were all in the correct lane. On top of that, the cop pulled out going the WRONG way on the highway. I dunno what his motives might have been, but what an ASS!
