I wont bring to your attention the color of the female officers hair.I have been in law enforcement.The suspect was done in custody. (1.)Her weapon should have done been holstered. (2.)The other officer on the scene was detective. And will file a report for discharging of a fire arm. (3.)The incident will be investagated. Out come will be up to Internal Affairs. Suspect will file endangerment charges on the officer. The officer defiantly needs a stronger spring for her trigger.

suspect not in custody yet , he still is not cuffed. what if he has a gun or knife in his waistband. cover officer never point your weapon towards another officer or non cobatant , point your gun at (low ready), take your finger off the trigger. primary officer request new partner or cancel her if she is back-up ,10-8 n.r.e.

You don't even have to be police officer, even hunters know, you don't have your damned finger on the trigger UNLESS you intend to shoot! Stupid, man.

notice how they had the guy pinned down and a gun trained on him for cuffing? that's because he was a badass who was likely to bolt. but when she shoots he just kind of props up and stares at her with a "WTF" look on his face. He's too surprised to make a break for it. Now I've been in combat and guns are unfunny. I'd never even join a force with a woman on the trigger even within 1200m of my location.
