This show is as phoney as a 3 dollar bill. The so called judge plays up to the camera for entertainment value. All this show is, is an arbitration agreement, legally binding, the only legality to it by the way, with a setting to make you think it's a real courtroom with a real judge presiding. It's not, and real judges don't act this way in a courtroom.

Asking people to call you "Doctor" is ridiculous (unless you're a physician and you're in your office). But a judge calling a defendant "Honey" is both unprofessional and demeaning. It's right for him to want to be addressed as an adult (although he screwed up by, among other things, demanding to be called doctor).

My god. What an a**hole! Hell, if I were the judge, I'd go down from my bench and beat this guy right on the head with my gavel! (sp?)

If it was a real court room he would have been in comtemp of court. But it is all fake anyway :P
