You really have to be brave to try this scam. A guy actually pays for goods with blank paper. I could not believe that it actually worked a couple of times.

Whenever I go to Chinese restrauant they always ALWAYS ask for cash, both great for evading taxes and less trouble for getting the money from the credit card company! the old way is the easiet way!
