To bad you didn't show the whole "clip". This happened quite a while back. First of all the gentleman sat down on the curbed area, right in front of those wide spaced bars! It was the guy's jacket that the panda was interested in. As you can see he got exactly what he wanted!! lol

yes, this guy was ok.. he just slipped out of his jacket and shirt , which the panda got, and his friends pulled him to safety..
