Diffently fake. As someone said, it would splatter in his mouth and also the force of paintball would knock the guy back a bit more. It was point blank range with no space for it to slow down. I mean, come on. Give the guy a fake award for pulling off such a stunt and making people think he did it.
it's real... when it's fired you can hear the air/co2 being realesed. It wouldn't always break it depends on the gun's Velocity.

Fake i do paint balling and that will hert BIGTIME, all you have to do is shoot it with co2 but no paintballs or turn the gun up side down so gravity will keep them from shooting out then you spit out one you alredy have
