it was a Polar bear from LOST Island ??
It was a sealion. They always steal your fish, but usually not that close to the boat. The salmon is an easy meal when it is already hooked.

Ahh Yes the ever elusive sea donkey they are indigenous to the yucatan peninsula. OK I give up I don't know what the hell that was.
