that is a OIL TANK not the truck the fire dept put too much water in the tank and bioling oil came over the top

Incredible. I was near a site 2 kms. away from a truck accident. In which the truck was carrying dynamite. The truch exploded and the ground shook and a very loud peiercing sound went across followed by a streak of bright lightening. It shot out window's. And remember I was 2 km's away. One of the most very scary moment's that I have experenced. The person who shot this video, my hat's off to you. You are very brave.I would of ran as fast as I could to get out of there.Great piece of video.
