Well, since I was a flight deck corpsman (that's a sailor who does medical things, and mostly for Marines) that would be unpleasant. Non-skid would have ripped that guys' pants open and rashed him pretty bad. And no, I was never a "soldier", I'm a Sailor. More important, I'm "Doc". :) Good Vid!

I like you Once a Marine..I'm a civie working at an airbase in SoCal..we have a lot of former marines with us, and even though they are dedicated to their jobs in the AFR, they always identify with their Marine history. Actually, compared to some of my friends that have corrected my terminology, I thought you were rather polite about it! ;) For everyone on this board who forgot..Thank you!

Ok once a marine, your contradicting yourself to say that your always a marine just because you was once a marine..your time as a marine is over, soo get over it and move on with your life..a true soldier also knows how to have self-control,which ofcourse as you have shown you have none of as you have lost your temper with your lil'attitude..and pride is not a sign of strength..it is weakness!

You're right get real, it was a stupid comeback and with flawed logic to boot. I never suggested I was better than someone in the Navy because you dumb shit Marines are in the Navy. And the "once a Marine" is "always a Marine" is from pride. I never belittle my brother and sister servicepeople as we have all done something that you have no clue about. I can hardly wait for you next dumb ass remark

Here's my stupid comeback "Once a marine":the definition of a soldier that i listed was also from a dictionary,a different version then what you got obviously. Your comment to suggest that a navy man is not a soldier would suggest that you believe your better than a navy man cause you was "ONCE" a marine..and that's where your pride shows,to believe that your better than another military branch!

Well "Get real" you truely sound like someone that never spent a minute in the military but if you can spare a minute look up soldier in The American Heritage® Dictionary. There it says: Soldier: 1. One who serves in an army. 2. An enlisted person or a noncommissioned officer. I'm sure I'll hear some dumb-ass remark back from you and that's ok. That's why I served in the Marines.

A soldier is: "someone engaged in military service"..So, "mr. once a marine", that would make him a soldier as well..that title does'nt only belong to marines..get off that marine pride..whoo ahh!

Hey liquid. My suggestion is don't ever call Navy sailor a soldier. Call them swabbie, squid whatever but you take your nuts in your hands if you call them a soldier.
