that cop was rough whith her, and tazing her in front of the kids was OUT OF THE LINE, but she should have listend to him. We don't now what she did so he MIGHT have had the right to taze her. The narative was her only, so to judge we need to hear the other side of the story. she had the complete right to ask him what she did wrong. end of story. I also wached the video again, she was unde

Next time a cop tells me I'm under arrest, I think I will calmly tell him "No, I'm not" and get back in my car. COME ON!! Once an officer has to arrest you, there's no going back. You only recourse is in the courts. Don't be a douche!

funny we dont hear the audio of this tape, its also funny your all judging the cop without seeing and hearing the whole tape. I have seen people tazed and they drop like a rock and convulse, she calmly turned and got to her knees. Wearing that thick jacket I doubt the tazer probs even made it to her skin.

This is just another example of cops being out of control. We as citizens have the fundamental right to question why we are being detained and for that officer to show proof. To all the morons out there NO the cops word is not good enough. When someone steps on a cops toes this is what happens. If we actually knew how often this happens there would be total rebellion against law enforcment. JERKS!

our modern civil laws and basic rights have evolved so much in such a sophisticated level, it's just so tell the right from the wrong in all those ambiguous grey situations out there. I doubt, anyone would know it's common sense to not get out of the car when pulled over? the police can shoot you if he thought you had a gun.

He must be related to the agents in NY that gave a 10 year old and her father a summons for selling lemonade

We only saw a portion of the clip. You NEVER get out of your car when pulled over, PERIOD. She did and was demanding to see the video tape. When he arrested her, it was over, she was under arrest AND should not got back in the car. When a police officer says you are under arrest, you are under arrest. If you do not comply, he is with in his right to use force to arrest you.. egad people!

.. like a murderer and sh*t, and HE DID THAT IN FRONT OF HER OWN KIDS, can you imagine what those lil' guys could have suffered for watching her mom being abused?, another example of arrogant people in the world

I believe he thinks he has power enough to do cr*p like that, i mean there are certain cops that just think that what makes them cops are their weapons and arresting, and not defending law principles and people, if he was wise enough he would try to briefly explain her why to come out of the car (because she didn't knew it, plus, she was being intimidated), and stop being a dick treating her..

Although we only hear her version, its clear to see from the video that he may have been way more aggressive then what was needed. She didnt seem to be agressive herself, and he did go too far for a Lady who was'nt being aggressive as he did all this in the eyes of her children. In my opinion he was wrong!

There are always two sides to a story, and in this video, we only hear her narration. However, from the video, it appeared the police officer used much more force than necessary. If he can't be fired, then give him a desk job.

@Mr Bumble Clearly, you do not understand, this has nothing to do with religion, every blind faith follower says the same thing about zeitgeist, ZOMG ITZ LIESZZ I R SAVED NO HELL FER MEE223. Clearly the reference to zeitgeist doesn't relate to the religious portion, those who note the movie are speaking of the portions that would relate directly to events like this, the government f ucking us.

watch the video again..she did get back in the car when he told her.. then he drags her out.. tells her to get back in.. most cops are whiney little pricks on a power trip.. american storm-troopers.. how dare a citizen to question anything.. we are to be meek little lambs.. sheesh..zig heil

ZEITGEIST is a huge load of crap!! You speak of educating yourself, but you listen to crap that is a crock of lies. The first rule of educating yourself is trust nothing. Reaserch!! A quick internet search on mythology completly discounts the whole religion part of that movie. All you have to do is double check the "facts" the try to pawn off on you with the reality of the truth.

There is something very wrong here. Why are we not allowed to 'speak to' or question an officer when we are pulled over?? I understand compliance is important- but cops have disassociated themselves so much from the public they have created an 'us' against 'them' mentality. Should we really be scared of them?? That is NOT America.

Just because you're white like the cop doesn't give you the authority to mouth off to him. Lesson learned for her and her kids.

This is why I hate most cops!! And I know a few that I like, but they are still pricks like this. I think we should have tazers and get to zap the cop if he doesn't do what we say when we say it. I'm sure the lady was being a bit@h, but he didn't need to do that; moreover, why would you do that with the kids in the car?!?!? I hope he gets into some $hit for that!!

agreed it could have ended so easily if she had just did what he asked but common there has to be a time when you say ya know maybe this isnt the right time for the tazer ,why not mace her in the face as she goes down in pain or if he had backup they could have put thier knee in the back of her neck while ya spray and taze, that way you know your safe from the soccer mom lol

she should have got right back in the car the first time he asked her. that would have taught her kids a lesson she obviously missed as a kid.. obey authority figures.

I believe those who claim to desire anarchy are just those who are strongly against many of the laws that go against their personal freedom. Which is something I feel anyone can agree with.

I am a big advocate of Zeitgeist and I believe in it's messages. I don't suggest obeying the 'law'. There are portions of our constitution designed to restrict the government in what in can do, clearly this has been destroyed entirely. I am not for anarchy, I hope those who claim they are focus on what that really means.

Cop should be fired then jailed. Cops abuse there authority. This woman didn't look threating to me. How come if you kill a cop you get the death penalty. But if a cop kills you, even by mistake. Its Ok? They get a slap on the wrist..

me no law expert.firstly just listen to the cops.secondly i would sue the cop for throwing me in the road.he throws this woman into the lane of oncoming traffic. the fact that he did this with kids in the car is really not on. she dont look like no threat.he could have cuffed her if he really needed to.

This happens more than rarely, the first thing I hope is this man is put in prison for kidnapping, neglect, abuse, assault and battery and likely a few other crimes. Next I hope that this woman, at least, has no record of something like this on her. It would not surprise me if she was given some large sum of cash. There is a tremendous problem in the US, this isn't an isolated idea or event, and it is a clear sign of things to come. I saw a article this morning about some men who were carrying guns at an 'obama' (this is just a nice word for anti government gathering) protest, it pleases me greatly to hear something like that. It was a group of a mere 12 citizens. I wish to hear of a group of 12 million American's showing up with guns at some place to voice their opinion. People should not be afraid of it's government, government should be afraid of it's people.
