zb, first yes you're correct subliminal messages are illegal but what you fail to understand is the government is allowing these things to happen because they profit from it through taxes. The govt is run by the ame people who run the media and banks.

ok first of this is fake..the person recording the video inserted the frame himself, a subliminal ad is below the level of normal consciousness so you coun't just happen to "see" the ad, otherwise it wouldnt be subliminal..SECOND, ITS ILLEGAL TO USE SUBLIMINAL ADS and its highly regulated by the governement who currently is in charge of mass media's content..end of discussion, no possible counter arguments, fini..
