People are NOT required to pull over the second the cop turns his lights on. You are allowed to get to a more populated area (in order to prevent the police from doing things like this.)

There's more to this story than just this puny clip. This cop had been chasing this "individual" for quite some time and she would just not pull over!! And then finally would not get out of the damn car!! The results are there before you.

If that ever happened to me i would knock that guy straight into the traffic i don't care if hes a cop or not i'm not letting anyone do that to me..
