A huge crowd of people in London all freeze at the same time. It must be hard to organize such a large scale prank!

On February 16th 2008 nearly 100 people froze for five minutes in Trafalgar Square at 15.30.
The people moving around were unfortunatly in on it, to film and inspect the people. Would be cool if it was a prank though. Wonder what it was for?
