Lol, completely fake. Dude doesn't fall down realistically. You also have 2 of those carotid arteries as well. That's the point of a choke, you squeeze both of them shut, not just 1, lol. actually this is real, just like a knock out in boxing the brain is sort of "short circuted" by a blow lower down in the spinal column, almost instant unconcsiousness, and yes it can kill if u do it hard enough, and revxwise, sorry to get on u for this but u dont have two cartoid arteries... the other is the jugular vein, and veins take blood away from a place, in this instance the brain, although the CPR bit was unnessecary though... probably just for show

@knowitall ...You have two carotid arteries, what are you talking about?? You have to block them both for few seconds in order to collapse. I don't know about the hit, but I doubt it, since they are dramatizing this clip by showing lousy CPR, I think this is all fake
