Well since I can speak Japanese I can confirm that the subtitles are 98% correct. But the stuff that they are saying is completely sarcastic. I lived in Japan for 5 years and will be going back again. They do call raw fish sushi, Yakitori means fried bird in japanese. But the video is still hilarious regardless.
