I've also thrown a few grenades. Yeah, hit the damned deck. There's a reason you only see the following in movies - Throw and drop, throw from a bunker, throw then duck behind something BIG and STURDY. Shrapnel's a bitch and they'd all be dead or hospitalized if they hadn't had the brains (or luck most likely) to be near that water

The moment 'Peaches' tried to pull the pin with his teeth you know he's not the 'sharpest knife in the drawer' Grasp the grenade so that the 'spoon' is sqweezed between the grenade and the palm of your hand. You hold the ring/pin in your 'non-throwing hand' and pull the grenade away from the pin. Also the 'spotter' should have been a little quicker at getting 'Peaches' away from the dropped grenade and then dropped him to the ground.

cant get over this vid.thanks guys for clearing that up,what the pop was. my question is,how many of those grenades or other weapons do these idiots have.if you want to play like that join the army.

ive thrown a few grenades before and i can tell u that the lever is supposed to come off after you throw it not before which means he wasnt even holding properly

four seconds! That's all you get with a hand grenade. That's enough to blow your head off. . .or worse, if something like that happens. I've never tossed grenade before. . . that bottle rockets sound was enough to scare the crap out of someone had dropped it at your feet. Also, those guys should hit the deck instead of standing, because the shrapnel would've been enough to kill them had not water been there.

that first pop u here is the safety lever (spoon) striking the primer in the grenade but ive honestly never heard it make that loud a pop before

I agree with (me) How does the average citizen get its hands on military grade explosives?? I dont think the military hands these out for practical jokes. HUUM!!

not an expert,think that first pop is the pin,what the *** are these idiots doing with a granade.i would look for these guys if i was the police. idiots!!
