omg where is that? this is hilarious
this video was shot in seattle, washington. those cars were trying to drive down queen anne hill. a very steep hill. this was a very rapid storm that came in so fast, that people could not drive home. cars were abandoned. it was a mess as you can see from the video. king5 is one of our few local news channels.
did someone leave the water on at night or something
