Most warehouse shelfing units are just hook In slot type,not bolt together. The standard board holding all those goods Is usually just 3/8 of an inch thick. It's all just a house of cards. I cant believe OSHA lets this go on year after year. You would be surprised how many people die every year because of this structural ignorance!!

In the past i've worked in warehouses and have accidently slammed the racks with the forklift but never had a problem with anything falling..in my opinion,i would have to guess and say this is the result of poorly built racks and not the fault of the driver!

It was reported as Fake on the news.

its not fake cuz it was on a news programe talking about the massive cost of damage caused.

Why would you think this is fake? Accidents like this happen more often than you think, they just go unreported.

ohoohh myy god . thats a big pileup. we have racks like that at work they bend so easy and they have plenty of dents
