i coudn't tell if it was the fuel man fault or if it was a bad gas line or connection but i 'garuntee' that someone is in trouble
those drivers have nomex suits on so he might have been ok. they probably got the fire out fast.

The fuel nozzle has a sensor that starts the fuel as soon as it senses that a proper connection is made. They found out that the nozzle had a faulty sensor and replaced it.
sucks to be them.......
