WARNING: Language - What a crazy accident! At least they won't be able to blame this one on the forklift driver.

They do use types of forklifts to load trailers. I would say there was a problem with the trailer. Ouch.

Many places use forklifts to unload trucks and stack several palets high. The guy was taping when he got stuck. I would like to see them get it out!!

Agree w/ DJFX..that's what they get for being lazy..now get the racks and 2 ppl in there and offload that crap..or at the very least use a pallet jack, not a forklift.

That trailer has had It, so sawsall the side of the trailer open, and get hysters big brother there to lift him up and take him right out of the side of the trailer. Then call a tow company to get the trucking companys pile of shit off your dock, then send him the bill. You might want to get OSHA out there before you do anything!!

Come on now. Do you really think that fork lift weighs more than the trailer was designed to hold?

Why not blame the forklift driver? He's the one who drove the thing and knows just how heavy it is!? Who else do you blame?!
