God is Awesome making such creatures as these. You can't tell me a lizard learned how to push his ribs out to glide, then the ability magically transferred from his DNA to the next lizard. Not happenin.

Flying usually indicates utilizing lift in some form--he is more on a glidepath to the ground. Still, pretty cool stuff
