its the other way around lol. some other guy is making the sounds with a synthesizer and ever tone sends an electric pulse to one of the things attached to his face causing the muscle it is connectet to to twitch.

his face is mooving

It looks like he waits for the little sounds to come on and he makes movements with his face while they sound.. I don't buy it.
