it kinda looks like somone spun him around till he was to dizzy....
he may have had to much catnip. it has the same effect on cats as marijuana has on humans.
I am sure that the owners gave him that and some animals die from a little bit
cruel owners. I get pissed at things like this. They have no idea what the cat is going through. stupid people.
