Rich ignorant bastards shouldn't be allowed to own wildlife. He obviously only has it so he can show off. If it has to be in captivity, put it in a zoo where it can have room to move around, and lots of people can come and see it and enjoy.

That was really an unmarked police car. That's what they use now, police leopards. You don't have to put the suspects on trial, just turn the leopard loose and no more problems from the thugs.
