a boomerang uses air to push itself into turns, without air its practically impossible to get the boomerang back without having to move yourself :]
as you see the guy is not suited so its good enough to breath inside there :) means plenty of air :)
the answer is: no a boomerang wont work in space, in space is no air so it will not work :]
I think the correct name for this video should be "do boomerangs work in zero gravity not space".
