Cyclists fault all the way. Almost looked like he was committing suicide

a damn stop sign or yield to pedestrian sign would solve this, bet the dude in the white van crapped himself

Yeah you have to stop to let people pass at cross walks but as the person wanting to cross the road you should also pay a little attention to prevent these accidents as seen in this video. If something like this happens it's because both parties don't pay attention.

@ssgtcasper That's how it is in my town. If you see a human who wants to cross, you have to stop. I think this confuses drivers at times though, the expect other cars to stop for them and then pull out infront of others.

In many cities, traffic is supposed to stop if someone is in the cross walk. Guess that is not true in China. I wonder how many points the driver would have gotten if he was playing the game "Death Race 200"?

I guess Asians can't ride bicycles either.
