lol, its not milk, its a substance like glue. when you rub it, it solidifies and becomes invisible, but if you let it sit, it will become a liquid again. he put some in his other hand when he left it down "unnaturally". but it doesnt matter, with an ugly dog like that who cares about magic?

It's a good trick, but if you watch closely - he drops his right hand down below the bar before the trick and it's an awkward and unnatural way to stand. No one stands with one arm straight down and the other hand on a bar. (Try for yourself..it feels weird) He also keeps the palm of his left hand hidden and then never puts the left palm flat on the bar. Obviously, the trick involves sleeve tools..
