I wonder what happened to make this helicopter crash land? They almost had it on the ground when BAM! They went down hard!

The pilot came in for fueling so he wanted to land on a mobile platform used to drag the helicopter around on ground. Just as he landed the platform slided away and the helicopter tilted, the pilot walked away unharmed.
I just heard a song called Chocolate Rain! It's not Chocolate Sausages but it's close!!
