You can obviously see the guy on the motorcycle swerve to get out of the way, but he couldn't. You can't break in a swerve to slow down on a bike. He had probably slowed as much as he could safely already. The fact that he swerved probably saved his ass.

Almost this exact same thing happened to my dad when he was 19, only his leg got pinned between the bike and the car and snapped before he flew over both. He was in a coma for 2 weeks. That's scary shit.

I believe the motorbike could have been in the wrong too. Simply because all we saw was the car move forward then bam! Maybe the car was doing a 3 point turn or something? Also looked like the bike was going a little over speed

Took her a while to get out of the car. She had to put her make-up away and hang up the phone.

It does suck but you did notice the driver I'll bet she was on the cell phone to, but won't tell the cops that little detail. more and more accidents are happening everyday because people are on a cell phone. Its alarming and epidemic
