Cows only need to be milked because their calves are taken away from them(which is tramatic for the mother like it would be for a human mother). Their milk is meant to be drank by their young. Cows are force impregnated to keep producing milk. It does build up and cause pain if not released. We are the only species to drink the milk of another creature or after childhood. Interesting video though!

The owner of this cow is profiting from posting the video of the cow. He squirted the milk of the cow at its mouth and let it taste her milk, He is doing nothing to get it to stop it from drinking its milk. He should put a ring in its nostrils so that it will hurt her Teats when it tries to suck its own milk. He should milk the cow often to keep her udder empty.

If a cow is not being milked enough it will cause her pain due to pressure build up, the cow here is sucking her milk out to get relief.
