this is classic comedy! while he was in the academy he probably was absent on the day when they taught the students how to apply the gear in park..then you got mr rogers who actually waits ever so patiently for the cop to return to issue him a ticket..then after this rent-a-cop curses up a storm from his mishap he tries his best to proceed like nothing happened knowing his captain will now send him to an elementry school as a crossing guard!

taxpayers, pay close attention. this is what your tax dollars are paying for. stupid cop!!
