Thats a 60's era mini, it had front wheel drive, front engibe. the rear wheels only went along for the ride so to speak. I owned one and competed in these 'parking lot grand prixs'. The turning is done buy using the emergency brake, floor mounted between the seats. That last little deal is something i have not seen done as good as that. But, its safe to say that the foot brake was not used at all and the drive used only the emergency brake.Disconnecting the rear cable will cause that
